Frequently asked questions

When is EPFO registration mandatory for an establishment?

Any factory or establishment employing 20 or more persons must register under the EPF & MP Act 1952. Voluntary registration is also available below the threshold.

How long does the registration take?

Once documents are complete, EPFO establishment registration is typically issued within 5–10 working days.

What is generated on successful registration?

You receive an EPFO Establishment Code, login credentials for the unified employer portal, and can start generating UANs and filing ECRs.

Do you also handle ESIC and PT registration?

Yes — we can assist with allied labour registrations as a bundled service if needed.

What happens if I delay registration?

EPFO can demand back-dated contributions plus interest and damages. We help regularise and minimise exposure.
